Welcome to our platform ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, AI dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or rules we post. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

  • To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account, including token usage and actions performed through connected integrations.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Token Usage

  • The Services may include free trials and paid subscription plans, which define your token limits, access to AI Chiefs, and additional features.
  • During a free trial, access may be limited, and certain features may not be available.
  • Token usage tracks your interactions with AI Chiefs. Exceeding your token limits may require an upgrade or overage fees if allowed.

5. Non-Refund Policy

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable, including payments after a free trial ends.
  • Free trials allow you to evaluate the Services before committing to a paid plan. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but previously paid fees will not be refunded.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • We do not store your full credit card information.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

7. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

  • The Services provide AI-generated responses, insights, reports, and recommendations.
  • AI content may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors.
  • You are responsible for evaluating AI recommendations before taking any actions based on them.
  • We do not guarantee business outcomes, financial results, or operational success based on AI insights.

8. User-Provided Content

  • You may provide information manually through the knowledge base or other input fields.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate laws or third-party rights.
  • We may store, analyze, and use your content to improve system functionality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Services or underlying technology.

10. Third-Party Integrations

  • Connecting to third-party services (e.g., Slack, Google, Notion, Stripe) is optional.
  • By connecting, you authorize us to access and store data according to the integration permissions.
  • You remain responsible for any activity conducted through integrated services.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Test Mode Provisions

This section applies to users participating in our Test Mode program:

Test Account Terms

  • Test accounts are provided for evaluation and feedback purposes only.
  • Test mode access may be limited, modified, or terminated at any time without notice.
  • Token allocations and feature access for test accounts may differ from standard subscription plans.
  • Test accounts are not subject to the same billing terms as paid subscriptions.

Feedback Submissions

  • Test users may submit feedback through designated feedback forms in the platform.
  • All feedback submissions become our property and may be used to improve the Services.
  • By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement your suggestions.
  • We are not obligated to implement any feedback or provide attribution.

Token Compensation Program

  • Test users may receive token compensation for completing certain activities, including feedback submissions.
  • Compensation amounts, eligibility criteria, and distribution timing are determined at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the compensation program at any time.
  • Token compensation does not constitute monetary payment or create an employment relationship.

Data Processing

  • User-provided data in test accounts (knowledge base entries, notes, feedback) may be processed through third-party services for vectorization and AI functionality.
  • Test account data may be used for training, improving, and enhancing our AI models and Services.
  • You authorize us to process your test account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Transition to Paid Plans

  • Test users may be invited to upgrade to a paid subscription plan.
  • Upon upgrade, all standard Terms, including billing and refund policies, will apply.
  • Test account data may be migrated to the paid account, subject to our data retention policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

  • Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
